Police arrested 58-year-old Malay Jindal on Thursday. Malay Jindal, 58, who owns The Goddard School of Raleigh (North) with his wife, was arrested Thursday and charged with forcible fondling. Malay Jindal (age 58) is currently listed on 11401 Pacesferry Dr, Raleigh, 27614 North Carolina and is not affiliated with any political party. A daycare operator in North Carolina is accused of molesting a young child and has been ordered to have no contact with minors as the case proceeds, WTVD-TV reports.
